  Hands down the most warm, inviting, professional and just flat out fun experience I've had at an optometrist's office. … … The shopfront is cool and modern. Dr. Herold and Kat have done an amazing job of making their office welcoming to the entire neighborhood. It fits in perfectly among the hip restaurants and cafes surrounding it. I know that sounds weird, but trust me it's true.

  I met Dr. Herold about 3 years ago when he was at Pearle Vision. ... He is super thorough with his exams and he explains everything. I visited Framed Glenwood for the first time today and it was good to see that he hadn't changed a bit. Excellent service! He and Katharyn are a great team. I am actually looking forward to my follow-up visit.
  Don't let those other places sucker you in with cheap rates and eyewear. Remember...you get what you pay for!

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is my second year with Framed Glenwood and they are Awesome! Dr. Herold is friendly and so informative and patient while answering all
  my questions. All my coworkers love him. ... You will not find a better
  Optometrist in Atlanta! Convenient location, beautiful modern office and chic, stylish glasses/frames...Like last year, no waiting...able to visit on my lunch break. I will continue to refer my family and friends!

  My experience at Framed Glenwood was 10/10. Both Dr. Herold and Kat were extremely friendly, professional and informative. They were also very quick - I was in an out in half an hour. Lastly, I really appreciated the modern atmosphere and refined curation of frames. Highly recommend!

  Dr. Herold and Kat are awesome. They both explained everything - from the reason behind each test to every question I asked. (And I used to work for an optometrist, so I had a few!) ... And she adjusted my old glasses as well (without laughing at their sad state of janky-ness). I appreciate their expertise, the cleanliness of the office, and the super cool selection of frames! If you're looking for a very well-educated eye doctor with all the latest tests and a friendly environment, Framed is for you!
