I recently learned through very unpleasant interactions that every communication on patient portal goes directly to the office administrator, Sue, and not to the doctors even though there is a on option on the drop-down menu to send a message directly to one of the doctors. ... When a medical office is commandeered by a non-medical office assistant, you know that there are systemic problems with the quality of medical care and a complete void of regard for the patient.

If you are pregnant or even thinking about becoming pregnant I could not recommend Foxhall OB/GYN Associates more!! I first started going to Dr. Abraham for my first pregnancy and childbirth in 2015-2016 and I LOVED her and the staff at Foxhall. ... If I came late, than I had to wait but I have to say that always struck me as fair - you respect others time and yours is respected in return.

I went to this office during the first trimester of my pregnancy. Dr. Lightfoote was so kind and made my experience so pleasant! She found a rare gene from my tests that no other doctor has ever been able to find. I was devastated when I had to move and change doctors. I have since moved back into the DMV area, and I am so ecstatic to go back to her!!!

These doctors are absolutely fantastic. The support staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. The office is clean and professional. The doctors are warm and caring, and very reassuring of all my first-time mommy fears. ... I cannot say enough about this practice and these doctors, especially Dr. Greene and Dr. Lightfoot. And billing will take the time to patiently walk you through insurance questions and stay on the line with you until everything is 100% clear. A fantastic group.

I am writing to warn anyone who would use this group. They prescribed zofran to my wife during her first trimester and did not give any kind of warning that the drug causes a 30% increase in severe birth defects. This despite the fact that she expressed significant concerns about any potential harm to our baby associated with nausea medications. I would not recommend trusting anything they say and would not recommend using them.
