I go to miami often and this place has a variety of options at usually the lowest price. You need to take the shuttle to the place.

They try to upsell the insurance, prepaid toll & gas but that is everywhere . The employees can use some polishing but this place is bottom prices so it comes with the territory
I usually come here for the cheap prices. Your in n out pretty fast. -

This is my second time renting from Fox. And had no problems so far. We got off our plane, headed to the shuttle stop, waited for less then 10 mins and a Fox shuttle pulled up. Drove us to the pick up place. And there we waited for about 30-45 mins. There were 3 employees working. 1 man was very efficient and fast, probably went through 5 people when I was there. Meanwhile the other 2 were still stuck with the same person for 30 mins!! Maybe that's why the lines are so long, if they spent less time upselling people, the lines would move faster!

What can I say about Fox Rent-A-Car? It's a great place without a single flaw. From beginning to end I had the experience of a lifetime waiting 2 hours for my car, finding out it had no keys in it, watching employee after employee fail to find the keys, and another hour later I finally got a beautifully washed car. Right across the street from the scenic Vacation Inn, Fox delivers. It simply delivers. The scent of piss and cigarettes combined with people that just genuinely don't give a shit is a must experience for any traveller. I rated five stars, but they truly broke the scale.

I really love how easy it was to skip the line, finally car rentals thought about the customer. I was standing in the line, downloaded the app, created a reservation and skipped the line.
