Jennifer oversees the Formal Faces Team of Bridal Image Consultants. Jennifer has given many interviews, makeup lessons, training seminars, and one quote rises to the surface each time: "A bride must still look like herself but be at her very best. We want for her groom to recognize her when she comes down that aisle, but we want for his breath to be taken away!" Jennifer and her team care about the bride's hair and makeup lasting throughout the day. They care that it looks exactly like the vision that the bride has. I used Formal Faces for my April 2017 wedding for myself and my entire bridal party. From the beginning, Jennifer was extremely organized and friendly, and I knew I was in good hands! I showed Jennifer some pictures of hair and makeup for the trial, and she executed the vision wonderfully! On the day of the wedding, Jennifer and Courtney made the whole bridal party feel pampered and fabulous all day. They quickly became friends with everyone and were so much fun to spend the wedding morning with. Not only that, but my hair and makeup looked *flawless* all night! Jennifer and team were INCREDIBLE for my wedding in January. We had a huge group of girls needing to get their makeup done and everyone on the Formal Faces team was professional, friendly and went out of their way to give exceptional service. One thing that stood out to me the most was that two of my bridesmaids didn't speak English and both of the team members assigned to do their makeup were patient, kind and took the extra time to confirm what they wanted and whether or not they liked their hair and makeup. That to me is 5-star service! ...
