    Pamela's guidance through her carefully designed nutritional education revealed my behaviors to me!     Ms. Pamela is amazing! Her years of experience in the health and nutrition Industry were very apparent when I first meet her! She is very caring and understanding! She has really helped me have a better understanding of how my body works! Her coaching approach is insightful and encouraging! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to make a big health change or guidance to lose those last few pounds!

    Pamela Perkins has all the nutritional knowledge one would want from a coach of this nature - but she also conveys warmth and understanding, and makes the process fun. She has quick tips that work for real life - suggestions for food substitutions, for example, or ways to look at things in a new light. She's delightful to talk to, very flexible, and a good soul. I've lost 30 pounds, people - need I say more?

    Dear Pam, thank you so much for the last three months of education and support! “Take Charge” was a perfect class to encourage and support and guide me in achieving several goals! I learned many practical skills that were helpful not only in losing pounds, but also clarifying and working towards accomplishing other goals in my life. Being an RN with 38 years of experience, I was definitely surprised at how much new information I learned! You have a gift for providing a wonderful balance of gentle encouragement and understanding of what it takes to achieve goals and take charge of your life! I would recommend this class to anyone!
