  After a very sad encounter with hot soup flying out of a blender, my computer was toast. The good news is that Jason was able to save all my data, help direct me to a new refurbished computer AND reload the new computer (cleaning up malware in the process), so it looks exactly the same and I'm back in business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone from the computer illiterate to the computer savvy individuals.....he takes his time and explains without condescending. Amazing service!

  Jason's passion for technology shows in his deep industry knowledge and "under-promise, over-deliver" service ethic. If you make your living on your computer, he understands what that means, and how your priorities work. It feels good to "have a guy" who can just make my problems go away or help me with an upgrade. Happy to offer my highest recommendation.

  Jason saved the day! I cannot praise him enough. I accidentally spilled an entire mug of coffee onto my $2000 laptop with all my files. Needless to say, this was an emergency. I called him and he was able to assist me over the phone right away. I was able to bring in my laptop and he had it working again in less than 24h! I honestly thought it could not be brought back. Huge plus: Jason was super friendly. Highly recommend for every Portlander.

  Jason is our new go-to guy for computer repair. Fast, professional service and fair pricing. We were amazed at how much clean up our computer needed. After losing our hard drive about 3 years ago, we were fearful of it happening again. Check out other reviews and it was a no-brainer. Called Jason, dropped our unit off, got it back two days later. Easy breezy! I highly recommend Flux Computer Repair. You won't regret it!

  Jason was great. My computer went into a blue screen of death loop on a Saturday. I was worried and he was able to schedule an appointment for him to work on my computer that afternoon. I unfortunately got stuck at work and had to postpone. He again made arrangements for me to drop off my computer, on a Sunday! Within 1 hour of dropping it off he had a diagnosis and was working to save my files. He was super nice and helpful, kept me updated all along the way. He saved most of my files. Then he put in a new hard drive and my computer runs faster than ever. I picked up my computer Monday, 2 days after the blue screen of death loop. I am so happy with the service and my computer. Thanks!
