“Floral Sunshine” first began as a home-studio business in 2009, then evolved into a floral design studio in North Portland (in St. John’s near Cathedral Park)… and recently, we moved to NW industrial Portland (near Downtown) to be more central and better serve our clients. Floral Sunshine doesn’t operate like a typical retail flower shop. (We are by appointment only.) We keep our overhead low by not stocking a lot of perishable goods, saving a lot on waste. For special events and specific orders, we source our favorite wholesale vendors and local growers for the freshest flowers, ordered specifically for each occasion at affordable prices. Over the years, I’ve done floral design primarily for friends and family – weddings, memorials, and special events. My love for flowers has grown immensely since 2004 and so has my knowledge, design, and technique (thanks to the Floral Design Institute of Portland). Annie from floral sunshine is amazing!!! There are no words to express how happy I was with my flowers. ... I was on a budget and Annie gave me lots of good ideas about how to have double use from flowers but without losing any of the elegance I was looking for. I truly believe the flowers made my wedding. The bouquets and centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous. But the arbor was unbelievably beautiful! She made special arrangements for the return of the arbor which was much appreciated. I found Annie randomly, and I will now recommend her to everyone I know.

Annie worked with us for my daughter's wedding and created the floral arrangements and decoration we were thinking of. She was quick in responding to all the questions and the work before and after the wedding was done very professionally. Thank you Annie.

Annie did the most amazing job at my wedding last weekend!!! I was absolutely thrilled with the flower arrangements, alter, bouquets/boutinerres, and centerpieces she constructed. Everything looked absolutely amazing! She also did a great job of coordinating with us throughout the planning process. She even met us at the venue so that she could take a look at where was required for set up.

I can't wait to get more pictures, but I'm posting what I have for now.

Floral Sunshine is my favorite florist in the city! Annie is so creative and always knows exactly what I want- even when I don't. She has saved me numerous times with last minute deliveries and arrangements. Even the night before Valentine's Day! She's easy to work with and always exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend Floral Sunshine for all your floral needs!
