  Fleet Feet became my friend when I ran my first full marathon about 6 years ago. You can tell that the employees that work there are very well trained, and are passionate about their job. I've never ONCE felt pressured to buy the shoe, even though as a specialty store you know you're going to be spending some $$. I love the return policy if the sneaks don't work out (60 days) and I also love the community involvement. I personally don't take advantage of the training programs but I applaud those that do. I know a lot of Google reviews are forced or fake, but I just happen to be going there later and thought to write a good one as I've been a customer since the old location on Monroe. Keep up the good work FF Team!!

  Staff here is super helpful and knowledgeable. I have gone to fleet feet for anything from shoes to clothing to just get a workout in with a group, staff is welcoming and encouraging of everyone and their goals.

  I am so thankful to have Fleet Feet and their wonderful folks here in Rochester.
  
  I came here for my first pair of professionally fitted running shoes about a year ago when I started getting into it and knew my old shoes weren't cutting it. I was fitted in a couple different pairs of shoes that are not only big enough (nice, roomy, toe box!) and also helps with my overpronation issues. Well. These shoes are magic. I have since bought another pair just to rotate in and keep my milage down on them. Their prices were competitive with any reputable retailer (online or otherwise); don't be cheap on buying the best shoes! ...

  I have been shopping, running, and racing through Fleet Feet for a few years.
  
  The store; it's really nice. I remember when they were in this teeny box of a place on Monroe. If you need help, the staff members are really knowledgeable. Their stuff is pricey, I don't buy all of my running and fitness stuff at Fleet Feet, but when I want to treat my self to some nice Saucony tights or a New Balance top; I go here. ...
