  They take an impression of your feet, fit, and manufacture orthotics & inserts for shoes including running shoes, walking shoes, trail running shoes etc. They also provide stride analysis.

  Have you seen this store? The selection is ridiculously huge! They have a really good selection of GOOD shoes and apparel. One of the owners,RL, makes custom insoles. He is really good. My husband was having trouble with his running shoes and RL just whipped up a fix and now he won't buy his running shoes anyplace else. All the employees are runners and very knowledgeable. Their apparel and accessories selection big, too. Aside from being locally owned, they are so, so supportive of local young runners, fostering a love of running.

  Flatirons is a gorgeous store filled with awesome gear and staffed by Boulder's most knowledgeable, kind and professional staff. I buy my shoes & gear here and love the relationship I have with them and the relationships they have within the community. Hidden gem: the no-matter-the-weather, every-Wednesday-night FUN RUN is always got fun people, free beer & pizza and the same great staff. Highly recommend!

  I was thrilled with the personal service that included a custom made shoe insert that was available in less 2 hours. I have tried Dr. prescribed inserts and they did not work!! I felt a significant difference right away.

  Heartbroken and injured, I ended up at Flatirons without a lot of hope, but now after three runs with the shoes recommended and purchased, I am elated to say I'm back to running. ... I had already ordered three different cushioning shoes, 4 different insoles and visited Road Runner in Westminster by the time I stumbled into Flatirons and met Greg. He is a LIFESAVER! ... I had taken weeks off; Only ran 3 miles, etc etc. And today I am a believer and am VERY grateful! Go see Greg!
