SO SO SO HAPPY I found this gem of a hair salon! Yesterday was my first visit for a Women's Haircut with Stylist Joshua and I was so pleased with my experience from beginning to end. Joshua is so personable and highly skilled. He's very thorough with his technical skills as well as educating his clients about hair care and overall just a blast to chat with. I have super thick hair so my hair appointments are always a good chunk of my mornings so having someone making it as enjoyable as possible is much appreciated. So thank you Joshua for bringing my hair back to life and I'm beyond excited to be back for my next appointment!

I booked a first time appointment here with Mattie. Not only did she REALLY listen to all my hair concerns (thin hair, double crown, difficult texture) her genuine nature and obvious technical skill put me at ease. My haircut was perfect, the conditioning treatment she gently recommended (no pushing here) left my hair silky smooth and I walked out with hair that looked great and felt terrific. I booked my next appt. before I left... and one for my daughter, too. Excellent service to value ratio. I am so happy to have found this Roosevelt treasure. Thank you!

Karen at Fix Salon is wonderful. I have very fine hair that I've worn long for as long as I can remember. I've been toying with getting a short cut for years, but was never brave enough and never found a person who I trusted enough to go for it. Karen listened to all of my ideas, showed me some pictures, and then jumped in with confidence that was catching. I LOVE my new chin-length bob. Karen understood my hair type and face shape, and also my personality - I wanted short, but not blunt or business-like - and she created a hairstyle that I adore. I highly recommend her, particularly for ladies with fine hair who haven't found someone who knows how to handle it well.
