The videos are hitt, tabata, cardio, cardio kickboxing which is really fun and weights. they also give tips on what to eat for meals and snacks and what foods will restore energy after you finish you work out . The programs also work for all workout lvls beginner to experienced. I've been using them for awhile and have lost 50lbs and kept the weight off thanks to them.
