Rather than forcing you back into our clinic several times a week, we’ll teach you one-on-one simplistic exercises, stretches, and techniques that you can concentrate on at home. This facilitates faster healing and optimized physical therapy during your one-on-one sessions in our clinic where we will utilize both cold laser therapy “ML830” and physical therapy to promote a speedy return to wellness. What a wonderful experience working with Monika and John! They both deliver outstanding customer service, patience, understanding and knowledge. I felt completely comfortable receiving my treatment and I haven't felt this good in 10+ years! This physical therapy office is professional, clean and quiet. Most importantly, they take their time with their patients and do not rush you through your treatment time. They have same day and next day appointments available and I highly recommend them!

Monika & John are two amazing people, They take pride in what they do and they do it well. They helped me recover from an ankle surgery and even allowed my son to work with them for over a month in order to complete his Senior project for school. They showed great patience and understanding, not too mention a willingness to teach in order for him to successfully complete his project. During the time I've been with them they've made me feel more like a friend than just another patient and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

i love first step physical therapy, i had surgery last year on my left ankle and they were the only ones that took me in as a new patient. they are professional, clean, and very easy to work with. monika is always concienscious of my pain level before, during and after my session. john personally calls to confirm my appointments. they are both hands on with me during each visit. my prognosis was bleak after surgery and with monica's help, i am improving better that what was expected. thanks guys and i highly recommend first step physical therapy.

This husband and wife team offer excellent service. I have been coming here almost two months, with substantial progress. I had a shoulder injury sustained while playing basketball which has prevented me from playing for the last few months. I have been steadily progressing, in fact, I went to the gym the other day and feel that my ability to play again is coming soon.
