I can't say enough good things about them. I've been there about a half-dozen times in the last few years, and every single experience has been really, really great. Especially if you are buying running shoes, the staff will help analyze your stride and gait, recommend shoes for your specific preferences and exercise type, and really work with you from start to finish. You can even try out your shoes on a treadmill in the store, or they will let you run around on the pedestrian commons outside. I highly, highly recommend this store.

The shop and employees are the real deal. Most if not all of the staff are real runners, some at a high competitive level. Ian (the owner) is a huge supporter and organizer of local and regional races. Would totally recommend any race he is organizing. They sell quality stuff, and are not a big discounter, but if you're looking for advice and good products they're a good fit. Helped me find arch supports when I was having some foot pain, which has improved things. They also have a good variety of GU packets / race food products.

Grateful to have a local store to direct me to just the right shoe for my feet. Bought a pair yesterday that are perfect for me! Had such a lovely run in them today. Few things better on a run than really happy feet. Thanks!

I was very impressed with the knowledge the staff (owners?) have about their shoes and the mechanics of the body. Methinks about 15 minutes, Lisa was able to recommend a pair of shoes based on what I described as my foot issues, and what she observed in how I walked. She nailed it. The quality of the products they carry is very high and the prices are commiserate and on par with other stores and online. I recommend them without hesitation.
