  We have used a few carpet cleaners in the past. Finesse Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners stand out among all of them. They are really professional, organized, and courteous. They had even come out for an emergency rescue one time when we spilled some messy stainable stuff on our carpet. We had recommended them to our friends and they were satisfied with them too.

  I recommend this Cleaner because they did an excellent job cleaning my carpet within couple of hours at reasonable price.

  I've lived in the Bay Area for many years and have had rugs, carpets, & upholstery cleaned by a number of different companies. This one is The Best Ever. Service is exemplary (phone calls returned promptly; scheduling made easy; estimate given quickly). Rugs and upholstery never looked so good (& they are elderly & not in the best of shape). Plus the staff couldn't be more pleasant, obliging, and efficient. Not many businesses these days are as prompt (calling to let me know of a 10 min. delay), nor as efficient, nor as pleasant as this company has turned out to be. My old sofas have had a facelift, and my (white) carpets look almost like new. From now on, Finesse is the only number that will be listed in my book under "cleaners, carpet & upholstery."

  This is the second time I have used Finesse carpet and upholstery cleaners and I am extremely pleased with their service. Dan and his business partner Raul are very professional and did an amazing job. ... For the price I paid, I got three bedroom carpets, family room carpet, six dining chairs, sofa, love seat and a sectional sofa set cleaned. They even cleaned my area rug for free. The customer service is wonderful and they offered to come back out free of charge if any stains reappeared. I highly recommend Finesse Carpet and Upholstery cleaners for your next carpet cleaning service.
