Can't recommend using Fine Tooth Inspections enough. My wife and I just bought our first home after having Brett do our inspection. What's more is that we were able to knock 25k off of the asking based on the detailed report and findings from Fine Tooth. ...

Very happy with Brett's work and report. professional, thorough, complete, and reasonably priced. On-line system makes transactions easy and quick. Brett was also good about pointing out areas with problems and some suggestions on what direction to go to resolve them. I'm happy to recommend him.

Over the past few years, I've had several home inspections, but I've never worked with anyone as thorough, competent, patient and smart as Brett. I've been fortunate to know and work with Brett, and am so lucky to have had his perspective on a number of homes I've pursued. He is thorough, detail oriented, industrious, prepared, clean, prompt, willing to research (helped me avoid a log home nightmare), not afraid to throw on the coveralls and dive into the rafters or the crawlspace. Helped me coordinate on a tight timeline for radon, septic, other specialists, you name it. Can't recommend him enough, an absolutely fair price, quick turn around on the inspection report.
