I always find the staff friendly and professional. They take great care of your teeth, but don't forget that you are a person with feelings and concerns. This matters a great deal to me because I feel that sometimes that's forgotten in day to day interactions with patients and clients. I appreciate that Jody is more than willing to answer questions and try to teach me different ways of caring for my teeth. I never feel rushed when I am in the chair. I never have to wait to be seen and when I was early, I was seen right away. That's great consideration and service.

I have been going to FHS for over 10 years. This is the best dentist I have ever been to and I'm over 50. Everyone one there always really cares and they are always making sure I am comfortable and not in any pain. Dr Denise is fantastic and all of the dental hygienists are equally fantastic. My current hygienist Morgan tells me in advance everything she is going to do and is extremely nice. She tells me everything in detail and I really appreciate that. I would not go to any other dentist ever.

I LOVE Dr. Markoff and everyone on her staff. I've been going to Federal Hill Smiles since we moved here over 10 years ago and would not think of going anywhere else. Her office is comfortable and clean. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I actually look forward to my cleaning every six months.

I have been seeing Dr. Markhoff since 2003. I now live in Columbia and there are plenty of dentists nearby, but I keep coming back to Baltimore because I get good quality care in a friendly small office environment. I am a name, not a number. Highly recommended.
