Have what I need. Fast and reliable service. They are happy to discuss with you what needs servicing and what they've done once the work is complete.

Their team is personable and extremely helpful even if you haven't committed to buying a bike that day. I test rode and discussed probably 5 different bikes before deciding on my Yeti. They cater to mountain bikers which is great to see in Portland.

The service and staff at Fat Tire Farm is outstanding. It doesn't matter if you're getting your first mountain bike or are custom building a new bike. The guys at FTF are some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people around. I travel over an hour from WA because my local shop has mountain bike parts hanging on the wall but no real idea of what will work for me.
