I was desperate for some storage and Wendy provided great customer service and made a real smooth process . When I showed up it was a simple explanation and signed the document and she escorted me up to my storage unit . I love that it’s indoor unload and I never have to be out in the rain or snow. In hindsight I’m glad my other place fell through and I’m an EZ storage .

I needed a storage unit as a last minute decision after a move. I called Wendy and she was very helpful and empathetic. She helped me to get registered efficiently and explained how things work in detail without wasting my time. The space is very clean and climate controlled with adequate access times in a safe environment. Grateful for the service and help at EZ Storage. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I was in need of storing a few items and only needed a small unit for my items. I arrived at EZ storage and Gregory (manager) was able to provide me a unit. These units are all indoors and climate controlled. You need a special code to get through the gate/garage and your unit is inside. It's a drive-thru unit and so you drive your car in and then unload and take the elevator up. They provide carts for easy transport. Before I committed to the unit, Gregory brought me through the building and showed me the size of the unit and talked to me about the cost per month. ... -

If your in need of a storage unit in the Rock Hill area or anywhere in STL this is the place. Greg the manager is awesome! Greg went above and beyond in assisting with making our storage/ moving so much less stressful during such a stressful time. There are no hidden fees, the prices seem reasonable and it is super easy to end your lease as it is month to month. The day we had our movers meet us to load our truck the weather looked like it wanted to rain but no problem here as it is indoors which also has comfortable temps and good music playing. Another real benefit which put us at ease with using this unit is the amount of security, each renter has their own code and when leaving their unit it is then security armed. We had our whole household furnishings in a unit for almost 11 months and I can't say I even noticed any dust on any surfaces when we moved out so the place is super clean.

This is a FABULOUS operation. I dropped by EZ Storage two weeks ago. The manager, Greg, is kind, friendly, and eager to help you. The place is clean, and all the units are inside with humidity control. I was in a dilemma because I had a storage unit at Public Storage on Brentwood for 3 years, and they were always horrible to deal with. The units were dirty, the staff was rude, and they and kept raising my rate, even doubling it this year. As a single mother on a budget, I was stuck with them, because I didn't have any way of moving the items. Then Greg told me, no problem because they supply one of their moving trucks to move all your items, and only charge you $10 for gas (no rental fee, no mileage). ...
