  Fast, Friendly, and Professional Experience - Instantly greeted by the friendly reception desk staff upon arrival. The sign-in, payment process, and the patient information questionnaire was fast and easy. Without delay I was called back to begin the eye exam process. Dr. Kai and members of the staff were very attentive and clearly explained the function of each instrument and equipment device. The eye exam results were then discussed as well as the recommended treatment and prescription. Frame selection was made easy by a knowledgeable technician who helped me choose frames that are stylish and suitable to my taste. ...

  they are amazing. they helped me figure out what was wrong with my eyes. as well as they helped me transition to eye glasses and were able to calm me doing so. I have a weird fear of glasses and they made it so that I felt comfortable with the whole process. and now I am wearing my glasses at least 3 times a week. I am grateful to them for helping me. I will be back I am still a contact lens .

  I was recommended to this place 4 years ago by a co-worker and I've been going there since. I also take my now 4 and 6 year old children there as well. I am always impressed how well they work with small children. There's also never been a question left un-answered. I plan to continue going here for years to come.

  What a sweet staff! My husband and I were on vacation in San Antonio for the S.A. Stock Show and Rodeo and my contact became stuck in my eye. I just walked in to this office and everyone was so professional and caring! Dr. Nguyen took me right back to a room and popped the contact right out! She was so sweet....thank you again for your kindness!!

  Thank you ladies for fixing my glasses. I'm not from Texas, let alone San Antonio, but my glasses were loose and slightly bent. One of the girls in the back came to the Front office after hearing me complain about my glasses and offered to tighten and align the lenses for me. Less than two minutes later, they fit perfectly and I wasn't charged or anything. Great customer service is the best way to gain business and even though I don't live here in San Antonio I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks girls!!!!
