Eye Appeal's service has always been great and today was no different. The office manager, Kathy, helped me diagnose an issue with one of my contact lenses while I waited to see a doctor. Not only did she find answers very quickly, but she ordered me another pair of trial contacts to make up for the contacts I had to give up. Thank you for the exceptional service!

This is the best optometrist I've ever been too. I've been told for ten years I have to wear special contacts for my astigmatism. Eye Appeal Optical told me that regular, cheaper contacts would work just as well based on the mildness of my astigmatism, which have worked out perfectly. Thanks for not just riding on the coattails of previous doctors' opinions!

Also, they provided excellent service. They worked very hard without any prompting from me to get me a rebate for my contacts. Their service rep hadn't provided them with the new forms, so they specially contacted the company and got me extra-fast rebate service. -

Dr.Ortiz (not the same optometrist who saw me originally) reached out to me recently and offered to take a look at my eyes again (without charging me extra) to make sure the prescription was correct. He was very kind and was able to give me a better prescription, and also thoroughly explained why I was having more trouble with my right eye than my left eye. He's very knowledgeable and thoughtful, and didn't apply any kind of sales pressure. I was thrilled that he cared enough to follow up and that the second appointment was so much better than the first. Would definitely recommend.

Great doctors, great staff. Always provide excellent customer service and quick turnaround. Believe it or not, I always have fun when I go here. They are fun and have fun while they work. Top notch group. Awesome selection of eyeglasses as well.
