  Had GF anxiety a week ago after months in Europe for work. Called on a Friday at the end of the day, driver had left already for final delivery. Joe was amazing! Called his driver back in, quickly made a beautiful arrangement, I gave the wrong address by mistake, they called me, and driver then walked a couple of blocks to deliver just before the end of the work day.

They offer excellent customer services and offer the best flowers. #1 flower shop in Miami. Hands down this business knows how to take care of the customer.   I can't say enough good things about the customer service and quality of care that I received today when working with Joe at Express Flowers. He totally worked with my budget and arrangement desires, was SUPER friendly and helpful AND when the hotel messed up on receiving the delivery, he went above and beyond to make sure my client got the flowers. I wish I lived in MIAMI because I would visit this florist daily! Thank you Joe. You're the best ; )
