  I want to share my experience working with Experience Factor recruiter company. During my seeking process of finding a job, I reached out to many recruiting agencies, but they were the only recruiting company that provided great job opportunities.   Experience Factor is a wonderful talent acquisition firm! The staff are all friendly professionals, supportive, kind and readily available to assist you in whatever opportunity you are looking for, whether providing temporary support on a full-time or part-time basis, looking for the right job by working contract to hire positions or being presented for a job too good to be true, your dream job!

  I was greeted as a member of the family. I was comfortable during the interview. I felt valued and important. After the interview at Experience Factor, I was informed of a company that wanted an interview the next day. Within 3 days I was employed. I am grateful.

  I had never used a Recruiter before, but LinkedIn recommended an amazing job opportunity and I jumped at it. Stephanie and Merrit took the time to get to know me and helped me to understand what type of position I was looking for. Experience Factor does their best to pair their clients together in a way that is a win for everyone. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. It was lots of fun and I met some amazing people. I would recommend Experience Factor to anyone who is looking for a new opportunity!! Thank you, Ladies!!
