Evo staff is knowledgeable about their equipment. They take time to sell you what you really want. They are extremely inclusive, no young guys attitude. The store hosts cool events. Great place to visit and shop for any specific and detailed ski/snowboard/boots/accessory item you are looking for. Just a great crew!

Knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond their job to help. After one year of owning my boots, they allowed me to bring my boots back in and get them re-formed to my feet where I had developed a small pinch point. All for free.

Their prices are excellent, especially on sale days.
They also don't mess around with customer service or delivery. I bought a snowboard from them a couple years ago at their Portland location, and because they didn't have it there, they had it shipped down from Seattle overnight. -

The boot fitters are not only incredibly knowledgeable, they also try to help you save money, looking to see if they can find last year's models on sale.

They sell cheap but good gears and also have price guarantee policy, which makes sure you pay the lowest price to get what you want.

The staff has exceptional customer service and has excellent knowledge. They helped me from start to finish purchasing skis, ski boots and poles. They also mounted my skis and I can rely on them for follow up care for my skis. Overall, I’m a life long customer!!! ❤️

The great selection online and in-store makes it easy to find what you need and in the style you want it. They also have very helpful and knowledgeable employees that make shopping with them a breeze. I also really like the location of their store and the brands that they carry. Great style and products. Overall a great store and i go to them every year.

i tune most of my boards, but there are a couple of special boards in my quiver that I'm scared to tune. I take those to evo because of their expertise, experience, punctuality, and attention to detail. I trust them with my most treasured gear: a Gentemstick Spoonfish, United Shapes Covert Split, and CAPiTA Spring Break Powder Pill. These are just the special boards I have now. Over the years I've taken my most expensive and treasured sticks to evo. Love them.

These guys are the one of the best shops to go to in Washington! They just upgraded their store and it is immaculate. HUGE selection, very knowledgeable employees and great atmosphere!

Always a pleasure stopping in at EVO. Their selection of a equipment, gear, outerwear and clothing is always good quality. They carry a wide selection of known brands and offer great price points no matter the budget. Their team is especially helpful, in my most recent experience, Evan (from Chicago) was a HUGE help and gave some excellent advice on gear choices. Thanks to Evan and the rest of the EVO team I left feeling very satisfied and taken care of!

A local shop that has the best wide range or ski and snowboard products at a reasonable value. The associates are beyond helpful and you can get all your shopping done in one stop! Wouldnt go anywhere else.

evo Seattle is a little piece of retail heaven. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Their retail ski shop upstairs and service shop downstairs has extremely knowledgeable staff that can steer you in the right direction--if they don't have something in store they'll even help you order it online and get it shipped to the store to try on! Awesome service.

Eco has been awesome to me ever since I started shopping here a couple years ago. I've bought snowboards and clothes from this place and they are always the nicest products on the market. I've showed my family and girlfriend this place and always love supporting my local snowboard shop! This is my new home store and I'm so happy with this place!

I've been to many outdoor stores throughout the Northwest, and Evo remains my favorite when it comes to sports. Some stores are all fashion/no gear, and some push the unnecessary glamping equipment and charge you for the selection. Evo has great deals and expert employees. They know how to get you the gear that works best for you, and match any price in the process.
