  evo Portland (and evo Seattle) have always provided exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and trustworthy staff, good stoke and big smiles. I dropped two pairs of skis off this week to Aaron at evo Portland for a binding remount and a tune, and he did a thorough overview of the equipment, quoted me for just a hot wax since my edges and traction on both still looked good, saving me money and time! Appreciate the honesty and the quick-turnaround. He knew all about the gear I was using, but still asked me questions about my personal experience on them which showed me he's always learning more. Very, very cool. Highly recommend evo's tuning services, but also their retail experiences as well.

  Came here for a snowboard boots fitting and was helped out by John. He was patient and very helpful me find the best fit for my boots. He was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice!

  I just want to thank Nick and Brandon at boot fitting for their help, I ended up with boots that fit me fantastically after trying on different boots for 3 hours. These guys were patient, took their time, and didn't pressure me into a boot I didn't want. Brandon came in with the clutch suggestion at the end and found a low volume boot with high instep. So yesterday I finally got to ski on them! And they were so awesome and my feet didn't hurt!!!! Thanks again Nick and Brandon, for helping me into the Atomic Hawk 80!

  I've only ordered online since I'm from out of state, but I've only had very positive experiences. Your sales people are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Wish you had a N. Ca. Bay Area store.

  Have used via online when I briefly lived in Tahoe. Once I moved back to Portland, shopped store. Customer service, they are on point! Also had the most amazingly positive experience with online customer service. They went above and beyond to fix an issue, that was not theirs to worry about. They fixed the issue in a very timely manner.

  I've had nothing but great experiences and help from evo. Can't say enough good about them. Their bootfitters are all knowledgable and friendly, and they spent hours helping me get into the perfect boot. Thank you!
