  I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Julia has been an absolute GEM! Her patience, kindness and vision have created the best experience for me. I had no idea how much work planning a wedding would be and Julia took over, kept vendors up to date and kept me sane! She is super organized, she really listens to me and has great relationships with vendors all over San Diego, she stays professional and is also a lot of fun. She has been THE BEST part of the planning process! I can't recommend her and Events Inspired enough! Stephanie seems equally as awesome for all the times I ran into her at their adorable office too! It is clear that they go above and beyond for their clients and their prices are incredibly fair!!

  We got married 7/8 at the Bahia, and they required us to hire a day of planner. I'm not sure I would have hired one otherwise, but in hindsight I would definitely pity whichever friends or family members would have been stuck with the coordinating duties. There is so much work that goes into making sure everything runs smoothly the day of. If anyone is reading this review debating whether or not to hire a day of planner, the answer ABSOLUTELY YES you should! In fact, spend the few hundred extra bucks and go for the month of package. I am a total control freak, but words can't express how amazing it felt to hand over all of my vendor contacts two months before my wedding, and not have to worry about it ever again. I met with Stephanie a few times and she made sure I was on the right track and prepared for the big day. Stephanie was great to work with throughout the entire process and super easy to work with day of. She got along with my friends and family and was super patient even when the wedding party started to get a little drunk. I would definitely work with Stephanie on another event, and recommend her to friends and family.

  Stephanie at Events Inspired exceeded our expectations in every way! The in-person meeting a few weeks ahead of the wedding gave us complete peace of mind that Stephanie had thought through and prepped for any surprises. She let us talk through our ideas and then offered us the expert suggestions, which we thankfully were smart enough to adopt! The day-of coordinate was not easy as our wedding party and guests were a little wild - but Stephanie kept everyone in line, as much as any human could have! THANK YOU!!

  Book this vendor! We had a wonderful experience working with Julia. She was willing to work with our budget constraints - altering her package to accommodate our needs. She was incredibly responsive, ALWAYS replying to our emails in a very timely fashion! She did an absolutely fabulous job which totally allowed me to enjoy my daughter's wedding knowing Julia was taking care of absolutely everything. You won't go wrong working with Julia at Events Inspired. I am so very glad we found her.

  Julia and Stephanie of Events Inspired are girls everyone wants as friends. They are smart, capable, kind and have a killer sense of style. I used them for month-of wedding coordination for my recent wedding in San Diego and couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Julia was prompt and professional in her email replies and very proactive asking relevant questions. She listened intently from our first meeting and I loved that we shared a common goal of creating a thoughtful personalized wedding ceremony and reception. She was my go-to for problem-solving and helped me navigate the scary world of all things "wedding!"
