Great team of guys! Thy always get me in and out as fast as possible and do good work. New to Dallas and I have found my mechanic. I drive a restored 1990 535i and parts are not always easy to find but Richard always comes through.

Staff was great. Upfront and honest about what they could achieve with my car (2002 Audi S8) and regardless, tried to address the repairs I had asked of them. Prompt with calls keeping me up to date on the status of repairs all at a reasonable cost. I will definitely utilize them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone whom might ask.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, never felt like I have been ripped off as I often do at repair stores. Nice waiting room and right off a trail if you're looking to make use of your wait time. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I have been getting my BMW serviced with European Service Center the past 6 months. They are excellent; they are very honest and only repair what is needed. A lot of times they will do extra services for no charge. They have the best prices in town for the service. The dealer easily charge double for the exact same work; and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this shop. I have a Jaguar that is out of warranty. Richard and his crew diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They even accommodated my schedule. When something went wrong after the repair, they took care of it without an added charge.
