Kent called me personally less than one hour after I e-mailed him, and he was in constant communication with me - even over the weekend - just so that we could submit my returns in time. NIGHT AND DAY from my experience with every previous accountant I've ever used. He didn't charge extra for the multiple state returns he ended up having to submit, or for the URGENT rush nature of my request. The man is a rockstar. Kent is awesome! He makes the daunting task of tax preparation SO much easier. He's been doing my taxes for a few years now and I'm very satisfied with his services. We conduct most business via email which is perfect for my busy schedule but when we first started working together he made the time to come by my office on my schedule to meet with me in person which I really appreciate.
