  Erica recently catered an event for me... not only was she quick in responding and really reasonably priced, but her food was absolutely delicious! It was so nice to serve fresh, elegant food instead of the standard deli tray. Erica and her staff were all super friendly and professional. I'm so relieved I found her; She absolutely made the day perfect!

  This past Wednesday was our first time ordering and everything was delicious! The chicken was cookies to perfection and the pasta and desert was outstanding as well.. Will order again for sure!

  We wanted an excellent chef and caterer to help with our 30th Anniversary Luau. Chef Erica knows what she is doing. Excellent Chef and easy to work with. Her professionalism and talents allowed us to really enjoy our celebration. Loved her suggestion of a luau themed dinner. From A-Z Erica did it all and we were thankful we could trust her. Thank you Chef Erica and Staff!

  Erica Marie's Dinners-To-Go on Wednesdays are always delicious. The last two dinners, the grilled chicken breast with creamy Brie linguini and the tri-tip with cabernet BBQ sauce, were outstanding. Every course was perfect. The desserts of rum raisin bread pudding with sticky toffee caramel sauce & crème anglaise and the browned butter cherry bars were the best to end an already great dinner.

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Erica and her talented catering company. Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, but the planning process leading up to the wedding was so fun!! Erica really gives you the creative freedom to make your menu as unique as your wedding. She gives incredible suggestions and gives you the confidence that everything will be taken care of by her and her staff. Our guests were still talking about the food for weeks after! We adore Erica and recommend her to all!
