  A few weeks ago my organization hosted an event using Eric Fleischer Catering for the first time. It turned out to be a complete success! They were easy to work with during the planning phase and made me feel comfortable that the event would be seamless. On the day of the event, the staff (bartenders/waiters/waitresses/chef) were beyond accommodating and pleasant to each and every guest. I have been to tons of events in the area but have never experiences such wonderful service at a catered event. After the event, we received so many compliments about the good food, beautiful presentation and great service. I definitely recommend using Eric Fleicher Catering and I will be sure to hire them again in the future.

  Eric and his chefs catered my wife and my 110-person wedding last week. Eric came personally recommended by many of the staff of our venue -- not in a "we're getting a kickback from this" way, but in a "I'm hungry right now thinking about Eric's food I've eaten before" kind of way.
  
  By the time I found Eric, I had called some of the blah caterers around DC. You talk to their salesperson, they feign interest in your event, they provide you a quote. It was hard to figure out what actually differentiated any of these caterers from each other. I also felt that finding a caterer was a chore. ...

  Attended a small, intimate birthday dinner that Chef Eric Fleischer catered. What an absolutely amazing experience. This talented chef and his staff gave the 12 of us a night to remember. I will absolutely work with Chef Eric in the future.

  Eric Fleischer Catering far exceeded our expectations! Eric's personal attention to detail and level of service were first rate. Every aspect was outstanding - the quality of the food, the setup, and presentation of the food for our 30 guests. In addition, we really appreciated Eric going above and beyond to accommodate the special dietary needs of several guests. We highly recommend Eric Fleischer Catering, and look forward to having Eric cater our next event.
