... The staff is always very friendly and communicates well. I was seen for my appointment on time and the Dr. Guzman takes her time to explain anything that you ask about or anything that comes up during your exam. The staff is really patient and helpful when you are selecting frames and if you have a certain look in mind they are really good at helping you narrow things down or even searching online for other color and style options that they can custom order for you. The glasses I have ordered both times have come back quicker than expected! I found this place out of convenience, but I would still come here if I ever moved to the other side of town!

Dr. Jones and staff were great! I hardly write reviews, unless service is really good or really bad... in this case it was beyond wonderful! Dr. Jones really takes time to make sure you're able to see properly and you're in the right prescription... she has a friendly personality and a great bedside manner... I also didn't have to wait long from the time I arrived until I was seen... This place has definitely earned my business.

What an awesome eye appointment! Staff and doctor are sincerely friendly and knowledgeable. Quick and easy. I had the retina pictures taken and it was definitely worth it. I got to see the pictures and they stay on file for my next appt. I highly recommend !

My husband and I took our son, who is a disabled adult, for an eye exam. Everyone from the receptionist to the techs were excellent. Dr Guzman was wonderful, thorough and very patient with our son. Even when he had a meltdown, they gave us some privacy to let him calm down and were very accommodating and reassuring.

I have to say that Dr. Guzman along with all the staff at Epic Vision Center are excellent professionals who really care about you and take the time to explain all your options for your eye care needs.
