The 90 minute sound bath Yin yoga class was so completely restorative and healing! If you're needing to re k ax , heal and love yourself deeply, this is the class for you. Sheri creates a warm and nurturing space where you can release all worries and stress and focus on your own wellbeing.

I love that place more and more each time I go. All the instructions have studied yoga and not just yoga for exercise. The instructors there help you with your yoga practice and give one on one attention in the classroom. This studio has taken my yoga practice to another level.

Sheri is amazing. What a great little studio. In this area, most of the other studios are more about flag and flair. You won't find the typical Buckhead crowd here...you'll find people that care about their yoga practice. They also do fun events like moonlight yoga, valentines yoga, and monthly psychic fairs. There are classes for all skill levels. Affordable, authentic yoga. Check them out.

I don't live in Atlanta. I came in from out of town for week and was looking for a Yoga spot. I stumbled across this establishment as it was close to my hotel. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as you step into the studio, it's like you're leaving Atlanta and entering into a world of breathtaking relaxation. The decor, the music, and the spirituality that you feel in the room takes the entire world off your shoulders. I have a pretty stressful job and work late hours, so this is something I really needed at the time. ...
