Post birth she checked up on us and brought my placenta encapulation pills (which I also highly recommend.)
I honestly don't know how anybody could give birth without a doula (and my labor was as short as it gets)-- we feel very lucky that Shannon was ours! -

The sessions with Shannon before and after the birth, as well as many emails and text along the way, were also extremely valuable - her responsiveness and resourcefulness gave us great comfort and assurance. We also took her birth class which was a great way to get even further aligned on knowledge and approach.
I highly highly recommend Shannon and look forward to working with her again!
