Dr. Erica Hernandez, is a doctor of chiropractic, and a DONA trained birth doula, she has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness and a Bachelor of Science in Biology; she strives to empower others, by letting them know they have a voice in their health and wellness. She also offers support as a birth doula to expecting mothers at home, hospital, or birth center, as they embark on the journey of birth.

Erica began her journey to supporting mothers by becoming a doctor of chiropractic and attending International Chiropractic Pediatric Association Seminars to further her skills in caring for expecting mothers, infants, and children. While in chiropractic school, she married her high school sweetheart and they welcomed their first child; the birth of her son did not go as planned, and the method of delivery unexpectedly changed, igniting within her, a passion to serve women on their journey to becoming a mother.     Erica adjusted my back during my last weeks of pregnancy , and adjusted my soul with her doula service.
