  I recommend empower yoga of Appleton because they nourished my interest and need for yoga. They have affordable classes and packages. They have a good amount of classes throughout the day to choose from. All of the teachers are helpful and knowleagable. They have a few different styles of yoga classes to fulfil your needs. It’s a hot yoga studio, which I personally find most satisfying. The studio is welcoming as are the instructors. Overall it’s just a great space to practice and feel comfortable, no matter your skill level. :)
