Emily is a genius with color & design. I've seen her results in many homes in my neighborhood, & I recently hired her for mine. I have a Craftsman with the original stained fir details & my primary focus was to add light & showcase the art. I enjoyed the process, & it definitely saved me time & money. She created a palette with some input from me, in a few hours & I had 4 rooms painted the following week. Love it!

Emily did the full project mgmt. and design of our home. She was creative yet driven to get the job done on schedule while keeping our budget and goals in mind. She is a great listener, provides honest feedback and narrows choices, which otherwise the process can be very overwhelming, She is a kind person who truly wants to serve her clients wishes and big vision.

We were referred to Emily by our contractor who had had happy clients in the past, and she worked with us extensively in developing a beautiful palette for a whole-house remodel of our 1910 bungalow with an open floor plan, meaning that the colors had to work together seamlessly, incorporate existing features, and pass the veto of two spouses who didn't see entirely eye-to-eye. The final result is fantastic and gets rave reviews. Emily came up with great ideas for ceiling and door colors that we would never have considered without her encouragement, and the warm and interesting flow of walls, floors, trim and more is a pleasure to live with. Emily was very generous with her time and helped with fabric and tile selections too, her fees were very reasonable and, perhaps best of all, she was lots of fun to spend time with.

The color pallet she curated not only suited our personal design styles, but also honored our home's 100-year-old craftsman style. I would have never anticipated that having a colorist to guide us through the process would have made such a difference. Her sense of design, theories of how colors play off of one another, and ability to listen and synthesize our vision proved invaluable to the redesign of our home.
