Emily is the most creative and inspiring yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She birthed a punk rock yoga zine in Seattle and from that began teaching donation based classes called Poseurs. That led her to creating a 200hr RYS Poseurs Yoga Teacher Training which about 20 people participated in.
