    I have been to Emerson several times and everyone there has been uniformly nice and service was shockingly fast. Most recently, for instance, I dropped off my car at 7:15 and got a call at 8:30. They have also helped me out with small things and did not charge me, which was incredibly kind -- on one occasion it was my service engine light going on the morning of a 700 mile drive which was pretty stressful! Would recommend this place to all my neighbors!

    I stopped by this morning to get a quick oil change and emissions test and they were great. I even asked if I could leave the car and come pick it up after hours, so accommodating. The price point was attractive compared to other shops.

    Went in this morning to get an inspection sticker. A friend recommended Emerson auto and I now know why. Service was excellent. Fast, efficient and friendly. Like a well oiled machine, I was in and out in a flash and was given service with a smile. No wonder they're a southie staple!
