My phone case was a little stretched on one corner and of course, when I dropped it once it happened to fall on that corner and shatter my screen. Luckily everything was still functioning and the frame was fine, but the screen was still badly cracked and pieces of glass were starting to come off. Cooper fixed it up perfectly all within the convenience of staying in my own home during the repair! Cooper and Eric were super friendly and were able to schedule me in in about 12 hours within contacting them, and Cooper was right on time and able to finish the repair in under 20 minutes, all for an affordable price lower than the $99 most places charge. I would highly recommend Emerald City iPhone Screen Repair! By far the best.

Well partially - Cooper tried fixing my dead iPhone 6 (slight water damage), but he couldn't do anything about it. That still doesn't discount the fact that he came the day after I booked a slot and showed up right on time. He gave me tips on replacing the battery myself, which I didn't end up doing because the Apple store told me my phone was kaput. But thanks anyway! I'd contact these guys again if my screen ever shatters (cross my fingers this doesn't happen). -

I'll be honest, I find that I usually only end up writing reviews for bad service. This though was so incredibly convenient, professional, and well done that I couldn't help but write a review. Cooper met me, explained what he would do, left and was back in about 25 minutes. I work in a technical industry and I will be recommending this to all of my friends.

These guys are professional, friendly, and extremely convenient. I made an appointment through the website, got an email back within an hour confirming my time and location. They showed up on a Sunday at my house! While I watched football in my living room, my iphone had a brand new screen installed in their work truck parked right outside. Highly recommend using these guys to fix your phone!
