  I have taken two bridesmaid dresses here and they do a great job. They are very quick with getting them done and know what they're doing. They make some suggestions and are very knowledgeable with how dresses fit and what they're supposed to look like. I will definitely be going back.

  First time doing alterations in my life, and I will be a customer for life at Eltsa's custom sewing. I had my wedding dress altered and taken in on the sides, it fit me perfectly, everything was perfect. I think I came in for a total of 3 times. The ladies here are professionals.

  My fiance has come here a few times--which is how I found out about Eltsa. He simply had a few dress shirts altered, and work pants patched (now they're super sturdy and have a lot more life in them!). I only just dropped my dress off, but I trust the result will be high quality. Had a great conversation and am excited to see the result (ETC: Thursday--from Saturday--what a quick turnaround!)--and was happy to hear the cost provided in the estimate! ---- Update ---- I picked up my dress, and tried it on to find it fit just the way I was shown it would. 10/10--would recommend.

  I had purchased my dress months before my wedding! I wanted something simple yet oh so gLam at the same time, something that nobody has had before!!! After purchasing my dress from a shop in seattLe I was referred to Eltsa bridal! I couLd have not been happier with the results!! This process took quite a whiLe because of how much work needed to be done, but the end result was timeless, perfect, & everything that I wanted! Margo & Marina went above & beyond, they stayed late hours with me, trying different things to create exactly what I wanted!!! Highly recommend them!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

  The shop I bought my wedding dress from recommended I bring it to Eltsa for alterations. I was very happy with the work done here. They were very pleasant to work with and timely. On top of that, they saved me a couple hundred dollars by talking me out of a couple of changes I was thinking of. And most important of all, the dress looked great.
