  Searching online & calling numerous places I'm happy I ended up with Elk Grove Carpet cleaning. I really just needed one room cleaned but Robert & Lisa wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. They went ahead & did my hallway and a large portion of my living room/dining room. They used guards against corners of the house to make sure they didn't damage anything. Extremely detail oriented & took their time. I'm very pleased & they went above my expectations. They also were able to remove every stain I was concerned about no problem! Thank you Robert & Lisa! I know who to call next time I need any type of carpet, tile/grout or furniture cleaning!

  Everything from the initial call to the completion of the job was very well done. Courteous, professional staff both on the phone and the worker who completed the job, cleanly dressed, on-time and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

  We are so pleased! Great professional business! They called an hour before to confirm the appointment and the work was done in about an hour (did three rooms) after arrival. The Tech (owner) went over all the work that he did asked if there were any problem areas beforehand that we wanted him to focus on and let us know that if we saw anything later on not to hesitate to call. Not to mention the quote that we were given was spot on, we really appreciate that and will definitely do business with them again!

  Wow! We have been so disappointed by carpet cleaners in the past; but these guys really exceeded our expectations. First, I talked to them on the phone. They were so friendly and knowledgable, that I called & cancelled the appointment I'd made with another company, a few minutes earlier. ... It is hard to impress him. At the end, Robert left a beautiful diamond pattern on the carpet. Will definitely use them again & recommend them, as well. NOTE: Their rate was just a little higher than the first company I talked to; but it turned out to be well worth it!

  Elk Grove Carpet Cleaning came out and cleaned my carpets, they did an awesome job and the staff were knowledgeable and great. I had a few stains that I thought for sure wouldn't come out, in my son's room and in the living room, they got both clean. I will definitely call them again to be doing my carpets in the future, the prices were reasonable also! All together a great experience, thank you Elk Grove Carpet Cleaning!
