  Drove over 20 miles to have my shattered iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced here and I'm so glad I did! Alan and the woman working there (wish I had asked her name) were wonderful. My phone looks brand new and was fixed in about 20mins. The Fall special can't be beat. Make sure you leave a nice tip because you're getting a great deal and they totally deserve it! Thanks guys.

  ALAN IS THE BEST. I waltzed my happy ass in to Elite at 6:45, 15 minutes before they closed, expecting to get the boot, but he said that he would stay late and fix it for me. I hope to never have to use Elite again, but it's a pretty safe bet that my butterfingers will drop this baby again, and I'll be back. Thanks Alan!

  Seriously the best repairs ever with impeccable service!!! So I broke my screen to the point the phone didn't work called multiple places he had the best deal. Went in he not only was incredibly nice and sociable but starts cleaning out my speakers auxiliary port and replacing my screen. During the process another customer came in who had an issue with their phone while I patiently waited he offered to buy me Starbucks since it took so long (who does that now freaking nice)....

  Although this was my first in store iPhone repair experience, it was by far the best. In the past, submitting my phone through my insurance to get it fixed has been a hassle. Here, I walked in, was greeted by the store owner who was super nice and down to earth. Asked me what I needed and fixed my iPhone in 15/20 min max. It honestly seems like it worked better than it did when I got it lol. I would and have recommended it to all of my friends since.

  I would give them 6-stars if Google allowed. Outstanding service and very reasonable pricing for my iphone 6 screen replacement. I got there just a few minutes before they closed and Alan was kind enough to stay open later to help me in my moment of desperation. A++ Would recommend them to anyone.
