The Elevated Catering team a group of passionate, dedicated professionals who constantly create ways to make special event catering better. After spending a lot of time in the industry our founding partners, Chef Kevin Barthelemy and Stephen Tanner, grew tired of the way that catering can often feel like a machine meant to turn out food and set tables as quickly and economically as possible. With the shared goal to create something that was unlike everything else in town, they endeavored to build a full-service catering company that was totally client-driven and not restricted by boundaries. Chef Kevin and Mr. Tanner realized that if they wanted to achieve elevated results, they could not do it with a ceiling.

Elevated Catering excels at logistics so if that means we need to bring power and water to a remote site, we will. We happily accept any and all challenges with the constant motivation to do our very best.     We hired Elevated Catering for a Kentucky Derby party that we hosted at our house (about 50 people) and we could not have chosen a better caterer. They were absolutely fantastic. They provided a quote right away. Their food ideas were perfect. The price was good. And the service and food turned out amazing. We were so happy and our guests loved it. We will definitely use them again. I highly recommend.

    As a wedding planner in the Denver area, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with the team at Elevated during real weddings and photo shoots during the 2015 season. They are experts at customizing menus to suit their clients' wishes and their food is absolutely sumptuous. They're easy to work with, responsive to emails, and attentive to guests. You can't ask for more!
