He takes his time and is very efficient in his work. Very resourceful in bike trails on how to ride them and where are the best trails to ride from beginners to experts. Always nice to the customers and is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customers needs. I recommend Element Sports not just a bike shop but as a family who works hard and to encourage our kids to go out and ride instead of playing video games.

I've only ever had great experiences here, whether shopping or getting something fixed. The owner and employees are the most honest, friendliest and helpful people I've ever dealt with. And the rewards program is a great too.

This is a grade A place, they have a decent selection in stock but have many connection to other sources of product. They are also very willing to work with customers to get home what they wanted and are very knowledgeable of what is available.

For example when I went to them I one had an idea of the type of bike I wanted and had them look into what I would take to get one particular model. In a pretty short time they called me back iwht that information and also gave a suggestion of another bike that they don't normally carry. The suggested bike was exactly what I was looking for and I had them special order it. In a few weeks time I was on a bike of my dreams. Now a few seasons in and about 3000 miles I still love the bike!
Very few places would take that time and have this kind of proactiveness!

I live in Northern Virginia, where there are at least half a dozen bike shops within ten miles, yet I drive ninety minutes to Winchester for the expertise and service. Both my wife and I have had our bike fits done by Element Sports, and the aches, pains, and niggling issues all disappeared like magic. I can't say enough good things about this shop.
