In 1995, Thomas C. Jensen began a serious investigation into how the human body responds to food, exercise, and supplementation. He became obsessed with the way in which it becomes stronger and healthier when exposed to certain practices and conditions. His motivation for obtaining this knowledge may not have been lofty at the time, but it was passionate, pure, and well-publicized: he told everyone he was going to become a better basketball player and be able to jump high enough to dunk the following year. Many told the barely 5’11” high school freshman that he may become better, but dunking the basketball was too ambitious of a dream for him to become reality.     This is an amazing and life-changing program. I love how they combine the physical and nutritional aspects for a more wholistic approach. Both my fiance and I have seen great results. The workouts are tailored to your specific goals- whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, or train for a marathon. Liza (trainer) and Kelsey (nutritionist) have been nothing short of amazing. A highly recommended (and fun) investment in yourself and your overall health!

    I met with Kelsey for the Nutrition JumpStart to address the energy/stomach issues I've dealt with in ultramarathons. We discussed race day nutrition, hydration and meals leading up to the race. I'm now armed with new ideas and a more detailed fueling plan for my next race!
