I am an artist and recently opened my own business where I sell prints of my artwork. Ego ID Media has taken care of me from the beginning whether is was explaining to me their process or their different options of paper while presenting excellent prints of my artwork every time. Love their customer services almost as much as their quality of work!

I put in a project request via the website on Friday afternoon, but Tuesday morning no one had reached out. ... No explanation as to why. When I questioned this, she told me the print minimum is 100 and my project isn't a good fit.

The quote she gave me totaled 54 items of various sizes, no where near the print minimum. ... It isnt ok to ignore inquiries and waste people's time. -

I was in a bind. The printer that I was using missed the first deadline and was burning through my few remaining emergency buffer days. Disaster loomed. ... The other printer had my job for over a week and didn't seem to care about delivering on time - Ego ID finished in less than two hours! Guess how much they charged for the rush. That's right - zero dollars. ... I am so thankful that I met Alex and Pamela. I can't wait to bring Ego ID more work and cannot compliment them enough.
