I was flummoxed about which valve I needed for my grill. Ed's not only took my return but was FANTASTIC about helping me find the right part and making it easy to get. Amazingly knowledgeable customer service. Will shop again. Big kudos.

Been using Ed Young's seems like forever , I was looking to change out my old galvinised metal water lines in my house … So I called Ed Youngs pluming Dept and talked with Rich , with in a week he came to the house and gave me and estimate to replace all . … The price was fair … It took almost a full day but after it was done I was very happy with the results Rich and his helper [ sorry I forgot his name ] did a fantastic job and clean up . Also I know if something happens they'll be there for me ! Can't say enough and how pleased I am with them .

Why would you go to a big box store when everything can be found here without walking a mile! It seems any where you turn there's someone knowledgeable about product and leading you directly to what you need. It's no secret to the people of Amherst it's the best hardware store in the area, that why it's lasted over 50 years. And don't get me started about their great gift and home decor items...*swoon*!

Recently our hot water tank had sprung a leak. I called Ed Youngs and was amazed at how friendly and professional they were. Their technician John came right out and installed a new hot water tank. John did a great job and was very polite and cleaned up the area before he left.
I highly recommend Ed Youngs for all your hardware needs.

My kids flushed something down the toilet....broke it. Then the other toilet broke too. I went to Ed Youngs and they saw me looking somewhat confused in the plumbing aisle. They helped right away, went through my options and even spent the time to teach me how to properly snake a toilet. This kind of service you just don't get in the big box stores. I learn something new every time I go to Ed Youngs. Their onsite plumbing services are incredible as well. I strayed once to another company and that was a complete nightmare. Ed Youngs should be your first and usually last place to got when you have hardware and/or plumbing needs.
