Armand and his team are awesome! They are pricy, yes, but they provide amazing service. ...They were (after some anxious months) able to diagnose the cause of a major leak we had going on and get it fixed. Turned out we needed a plumber to clear our drains! Thank you so much guys! I will update this review soon with photos :)

Armand and his team are amazing! They completely replaced the roof on our Victorian home and they did a fantastically thorough job. ... The work was reasonably priced and included everything (scaffolding etc) and it stayed 100% within the quoted estimate (even when aspects of the project proved more difficult than originally anticipated). It's rare finding quality, honest contractors like this. I recommend Armand and his team without hesitation.

Eco Smart is the best on market today, this high end contractor worked efficiently with our solar installer, the entire roof was replaced in 4 days which included solar stantion installation and waterproofing. Eco Smart is not cheap but they are worth every penny, superb communication, high end tools, deep knowledge of the subject. ... I recommend this contractor to anyone shopping around for roofing contractors or exterior waterproofing.

Armand and team are top notch! Our roof provided some challenging circumstances given its age and the patchwork of fixes that previous owners cobbled together. Armand was able to help us evaluate our options and describe next steps for drainage issues caused by the previous roof.
