Best yoga studio I've visited. The vibe is very accepting and non-competitive, which is shockingly hard to find! Challenging and athletic, but still calming and attuned to the mental practice of yoga.

Eb & Flow has an amazing energy. All of their instructors bring a different level of amazing to your practice. Just walking in the studio makes me feel better. They meet and exceed my OCD high level of cleanliness. There are two studios and lots of props if you need those. Water is provided, but have your own bottle, otherwise purchase one for $1. Matt storage available. Highly recommend to anyone whether a beginner or advanced yogi. The candle light evening class is my fave. They do corrections (only if you want them) and advise on modifications depending on your level. The lavender infused towels for end of class are the bomb. Namaste.
