They are more friendly than other places. They make your experience personable by talking to you and saying your name. Other places don't look too pleased when I go to Crystal City, Mostly everyone I have encountered there are very friendly.

My girlfriend and I did our intro to climbing class here and had a lot of fun. Routes change regularly but seem a little tougher than similar grades at the crystal city location. The bouldering cave has a good variety of problems, too. There are also a lot of activities throughout the month, including food trucks and social events.

Awesome variety of climbs for everyone for beginners to pros and always super friendly staff!

Great facility. There are always great routes of all different grades. Both bouldering and ropes are a set up on multiple different walls giving a variety of feels. If there is a skill you're not comfortable with, odds are they have a class available to help.

Great gym and atmosphere. i've made lots of great friends. good instruction and great problems being set both in boulders and for rope climbing.
