Best place to do yoga in Baltimore. Forget the hot stuff and speed. Adopt a real practice in good communion.

I take the beginner's class with Will and it's a great experience. I was worried I'd be behind because I'm not very physically active, but I've been improving with the help of Will's instruction. Very friendly and cozy, with nice and relaxing seasonal events. If you're in Baltimore and looking to start inexpensive yoga lessons, this is a great, underrated, place!

I started going here for prenatal yoga with Adrienne. Highly recommend that. I know this is going to help me in a big way when labor comes. Today, my husband and I tried the Monday morning class. Loved that as well. Very informative and we both felt great afterwards. There is truly something for everyone here. Young, old, athletes, arthritic, whatever. Try it and you will not be sorry!

Nice and welcoming place. I had never done yoga before but I knew I needed to be loosen up from all the cycling I do. I also started to have back problems. Signed up for the beginner class. My back issue was gone in weeks and I felt a lot better on my bike. Wendy and Will are great teachers. And the classes are very affordable!
